level performance of a commercial wok cooking station to the outdoor
barbecue.
The Wok King™ offers a fast and easy means
of cooking large amounts of food for backyard barbecues, family
gatherings and group outings. Its patented high-BTU Big Kahuna™
burner offers efficiency in propane usage, low carbon monoxide
output and very high heat, much hotter than most stovetops. This

The Wok King™ line includes both 18”
and 22” carbon steel and stainless steel woks and features
the patented High-BTU, Big Kahuna Burner™, complete with
telescopic legs and a flip top grate for woks or pots. The flip

The Wok King™ offers the ideal environment
to prepare traditional Asian dishes because of 1) high heat from
the Big Kahuna burner searing food and 2) the wok's shape allowing
foods to be easily stirred and turned at high heat without risk
of burning them (hence the phrase “stir fry.”) While
perfect for stir-fry, Wok Kings are versatile enough to be used
for big batches of chili, soup and stew. Traditional Carbon steel
units are cleaned with water and a brush and seasoned with oil
