for making quality sausage at home
Eastman Outdoors Sausage Chef line of Seasonings
and cures allow consumers to make their own restaurant quality
sausage in their own kitchen. Simply mix the seasoning according
to the instructions, make into patties or stuff into links with
Eastman Outdoors Sausage Stuffer and Casings.
The eight Sausage Chef™ Seasonings include:
• Bratwurst – Hearty German style sausage; a traditional
favorite.
• Breakfast – Great in patty and link forms.
• Chorizo – Highly seasoned Mexican style sausage.
• Pepperoni – Spicy and peppery. Includes 2 oz. Cure
package.
• Cajun – Spicy New Orleans style with unique blend
of seasonings & spices.
• Italian – Course sausage flavored with garlic and
fennel.
• Summer – Traditional holiday favorite. Enjoy fresh
or smoked.
• Andouille – A Cajun favorite. Includes 2 oz. Cure
package.
Sausage Chef™ Seasonings are packed in reusable
cans, so unused ingredients can be saved for another time. Homemade
sausage allows for the consumer to control the quality of meat,
and adjust the seasoning levels to personal preference. Want it
spicy? Kick up the seasoning. You are in control.
Sausage Chef™ Seasonings can be used to make
sausage from beef, pork, turkey, chicken, and wild game. Each
Sausage Chef Seasoning contains recipes for making sausage from
whole meat and ground meat.
The Sausage Chef line also includes:
· Natural casings in 32 – 35 mm size for bratwurst
style sausage.
· Natural casings in 20 – 22 mm size for breakfast
link style sausage.
· Fibrous casings are also available for smoked and dried
sausage. These are for use with summer sausage, pepperoni, and
salami.
