GREAT TOOL FOR MAKING JERKY

I love this jerky gun. I've tried many guns and this is the best. I use the flat tip and a dehydrator and it makes the best jerky.

CAN'T GET PARTS

Works well enough, but replacement parts are not available. Also, would be better if it held about 10% more so you could actually get a full pound of meat into it, including the inevitable air pockets.

DESIGN FLAW

I bought a sausage stuffer and took it back because the end of the plunger broke after my first use. I got another and the same part broke again. I called the company and they said they would send out another part. The design flaw is that the material that the plunger is made from does not stand up to the pressure placed on it. A stronger or more flexible material is need. The produce works well but if they don't change the nylon plunger material they should at least include many replacement parts.

Used my jerky for the first time today to stuff summer sausage.It worked great and none of the meat got by the plunger.I would recommend Thanks
