1. Heat wok and coat with oil.
2. Cube into 1" pieces, 1 lb. chicken, pork or shrimp and sauté until
browned (shrimp until almost pink approx. 2 minutes).
3. Add 2 small zucchini, 2 small yellow squash, and 1 large red pepper, cut into
1/2” cubes. Add 2 stalks green onion cut into 1” pieces.
4. Stir until heated through.
5. Add 1/2 cup Hot & Sour Finishing Sauce until all ingredients are well coated
with sauce.
6. Add finishing sauce to wok, stir one minute, and remove from heat. Note: Hot
& Sour is a finishing sauce and has been created to use on hot ingredients.
Do not add sauce before fully cooked.
7. Serve with steamed white rice or cooked noodles.
