The 12 port Monster Marinade Injector is specifically designed
for injecting marinade into turkeys, poultry and other meats. The
diagram to the left indicates the suggested places where marinade
should be injected for optimum flavor distribution. Although you
can simply inject marinade into the meat by puncturing the skin,
we suggest the best way is to inset the needle under the skin and
into the muscle meat. This technique locks in the marinade during
the cooking process and results in better, bolder flavor. The 6”
needle of the Monster Marinade Injector allow you to use this process
of injecting under the skin due to it’s length and number
of injection holes.
