Returns Policy & Process (RA)


  1. All returns must be submitted to the original place of purchase and processed by the original Seller.  Eastman Outdoors will ONLY accept returns of Eastman Outdoors® branded items which were purchased online from Eastman Outdoors. If the product was not purchased from Eastman Outdoors online, then please contact the Seller where the product was purchased.
  2. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact Customer Service at or by calling 1-800-241-4833.
  4. Non-defective items must be authorized for return within 45 days of original shipment date to receive credit. Once the RA has been issued, the product must be received by Eastman Outdoors, in the original packaging, within 14 days.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product is being returned as a result of an error made by Eastman Outdoors.
  6. All products must be returned to Eastman Outdoors, Inc., 3475 Eastman Drive, Flushing, MI 48433.
  7. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box being returned to ensure you receive the associated credit.
